Try to follow most of the habits that I will mention below and you will succeed at improving your mental health and preventing depression and stress.

If you have a bad gut health then it can also lead to depression and anxiety. This is why it is important to eat healthy foods that are rich in nutrients that can keep your gut healthy and fit. ●BE POSITIVE

This is another thing that is really important. Try to distance yourself from people who are negative and don’t value your opinion. It’s better to avoid people with a negative mindset and be around those who have better things to say to you.
